Vet
Oh puppers and kittehs, Ma took me to the vetties today for my rabies vaccine and my annual check-up (who am 'I' gonna bite, and I'm there ENOUGH to qualify for havin' already had my 'annual check-up, WHY is all this necessary, I ask you???). Anyhu, Ma betrayed me! There was pokin' and prodin' in places nobody should be pokin' and prodin'!!!! (I was gonna let one rip, butts....)
Well, my regular vettie wasn't there, so I saw this new vettie that wasn't too comfortable with a rowdy lass such as myself....she puts a muzzle on ME!!!
Yea, the nerves! It's okay though, I gots my revenge....I farted on her!! HEHEHEHE!
Okay, so apparently I have another ear infections, so the vettie said that it is offical...I have allergies. Well, crap. She's gonna puts my on Fish Oil every day, and Benadryl when I have a flare up.
Anybody have any recomendations on a good Fish Oil?
So, I gots my talons trimmed and I was OUTTA THERE!!
So, when I gots home I had to make sure no evil tree rats invaded while I was being tortured....nope, nothin there....
Nope, nothin' there......
Okay, yardie is free of invaders....I'm gonna take a nap now......

Ruby-
ReplyDeleteWhat an ordeal! At least you got your revenge!
Will I see you at the Valentines dance? I'm going solo, so I can chaperone my Sister and George. Maybe you could save one dance for me?

Oh noes how dares the vet do such things?!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your nap

Ok, Ruby, so you did a number on the Vet, because she had the nerve to muzzle you! I bet you get your old Vet back next time, because she will write "hard to manage" on your report card.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
Stella
Yuck! The vet is awful.
ReplyDeleteNola
Ugh. The nerve! A muzzle?!? Glad you farted on her!! Mom found a honey that's from bees in our area and it helps Bart when he has allergies - he gets eye goop galore!! We get it mixed in our foodables. YUM!
ReplyDelete-Bart and Ruby
Mom gives us Salmon Oil in the winter to keep our skin and furs happy in the Dry Heat of the House.
ReplyDeleteYUCK you got the Alien PROBE treatment!! Vetties are sooooooo uncouth .
I have a great recommendation for "fish oil". It can be bought at Trader Joe's and it's called "Peanut butter dog treats". Trust me, there's no better fish oil than that.
ReplyDeleteFish oil is fantastic. you'll love that! Glad you got your revenge. We're so happy to be outta there, that we forget about revenge.
ReplyDeleteXXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
We can't believe they thought you needed a muzzle. Did she look like a squirrel?
Ruby, you poor sweet girl, I am so sorry you had to endure the torture and indignity. You can always come here and hide out if you find you have to go again. I have allergies and take benedryl also.I don't know much about the fish oil thing. I hope you don't start feeling weird and wanting to swim and stuff.
ReplyDeleteLoveys Sasha
Yikes, the dreaded vet! We don't like it if it is a different vet either. How dare she muzzle you like an animal Ruby :)
ReplyDeleteHope you find a good fish oil for the allergies.
Dip Bridge and Elliot x
You deserve a nap Ruby!!! After all that!!! Sheesh!! Fish Oil is good for the itchies...they usually have it at BJ's or Sam's Club. We actually use coconut oil instead...every night on our food, but we LOVE it!! Don't like the Benadryl so much. Good luck!! xoxo Chloe and LadyBug
ReplyDeleteThe nerve of her using a muzzle on you, Ruby! Thank goodness that it's just a fish oil and a benny and you don't have to give up any of your treats, hopefully!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots,
Mitch and Molly
Just who do these vets think they are - a muzzle indeed. Good thing you farted in here face!
ReplyDeleteWell shoot Ruby - I wish I would have known you needed to be rescued from the mean ol vet's place - I would've dropped everythin and raised sugar cane till they let you go! :)
ReplyDeleteHey girl, did you happen to bring and extra biscuit for me on your foodysled? Dang that's a great sled! :D
Muzzle??? Was she afraid you were gonna bite her? Doesn't she know an Airedale is the best kinda pup?
ReplyDeleteOh the horror! Ruby, you poor thing! The indignity of it all... Sorry to hear you have allergies. Wrigs takes Carlson Labs Super Omega-3 Gems. Here is a link to the information on their Web site, but we usually order it from Amazon.com. You'd have to check with your vet regarding the dosage. http://www.carlsonlabs.com/p-4-super-omega-3-gems.aspx
ReplyDeleteYou mean a vet put a muzzle on you before even finding out how you'd behave? Poor Ruby, that's one vet I would not recommend. Hope you let go with one of those super-stinkers.
ReplyDeleteTEEHEE!! I'll have to try that next time I go to the V.E.T!! bol!!
ReplyDeleteA muzzle? How humiliating. As for the fish oil, well you can also eat real fishes. Momma used to feed Raja canned mackerel or salmon or sardines.
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Dexter
Put a muzzle on you, the cheek of it Ruby, I wouldn't go there'z again.. xx00xx
ReplyDeleteMollie and Alfie
Aw, you poor pup, Ruby! I hope your ears will feel all better soon!
ReplyDeleteI have allergies too, so I know how you feel! The fish oils helps! :) My mom gave me Alaskan Bear Treats Salmon oil for a while, which was pretty good. But now she is using Iceland Pure Sardine & Anchovy oil. Some vets say it is good to change what kind of fish the oil is from every so often. And the littler fish can be safer because less mercuries...
PS - I can't believe that naughty vet put a muzzle on You! Good job getting even :)
