Gpa bought this monstrosity
on Clearance last year...
Ma thought she would take it for a spin...
WooooWeee!!
This puppy is pawsome!
Butts...
We've had record highs this week, so I'm willing to share it with all of you in the
Polar Vortex
(Oh, sorry, I guess that term is 'out' now....)
Don't worry, the flame is incased in a glass tube, so it can't set thingies on fire! BOL
Oh, and I'm still shaking my head cause sometimes my ear annoys me!
Butts, it's not any bigger, so YEA!!!
All is well with my ear, and on the advice of our Pal Finley, and all Ma's research,
No Surgicals!
Ma is just gonna let it be all puffy and furry (she didn't trim my ears after she found the hematoma, so I gots fluffy ears! BOL...wells, you remember what happened when she mangled my ear that one time, right?! )
Anyhu,
I've been REALLY hungry on the Prednisone,
so if anyone has any extra foodables.....☺
I love your outdoor heater. I've always wanted one of those for our deck!!! Glad to hear that the ear won't being have surgery. We have lots of foodables here if you want to fly on down to our polar temperatures!

First, Kyla was on prednisone for most of her life so foodables was her passion.
ReplyDeleteSecond, you don't know our pain-we're freezing at 75F, 23C today.
I say we all pack up and go stay a Kismet's house, I'm sure they won't mind. We can all show up at once and say SUPRISE!

ReplyDeleteSorry....we are OUT of kibble! Can't send you even a crumb, SHE washed the bin.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we can borrow that next July, when it gets cold here.
I would happily trade some kibbles for some of that warmth Ruby. I sooooo want it to be Spring so I can get out for some picnics (although a bit of snow to play in would be nice as well!)

ReplyDeleteOMD we would love to have that State of the Art Heater thingy... out in our Potty Pen... Our Feets were FREEZING to the Ground this AM... Dad had to RESCUE us... and that was after only 87 Seconds out there...
We are glad to hear that your mom is saying NO SURGERY fur your ear... None of the Wimmen of Blogville have their ears pierced.... like the Wimmen Peeps do... Just not a good look fur OUR wimmen... OR Guys EITHER...
PEE S..... We don't care What others say.... Polar Vortex is gonna be around fur a long time... At LEAST until SPRING...
ReplyDeleteOur good friend Braydie had a puffy ear like that. After several vet visits and tons of money, her humans decided to leave it alone. Nothing happened. It just stayed a little puffy and Braydie didn't mind it one bit. Sometimes the vets overdo things.
ReplyDeleteWe are freezing cold here! We doggies don't mind it, but our ghostwriter hates it! It makes her fingers hurt.
Glad no Surgery!!!!!!!! We have warmed up from below zero nights to 24 degrees this morning!
ReplyDeleteWe are happy about that, Mabel would not have handled sub zero
hugs
Mr Bailey, Hazel & Mabel
I need that for my office at work. It's like a meat locker in here...
ReplyDeleteI feel warmer just looking at that flame Ruby!....think of us over here in the cold, brrrr!!! Hope your ear isn't causing you too many problems, at least you have an excuse if your peeps call you and you (conveniently) don't hear!!
ReplyDeleteThat prednisone really does increase one's appetite....to the point of being crazy! It does a good job with the healing but those side effects can be rough!
ReplyDeleteWOW that heater is gigantic...I can feel the heat from it over here in New Jersey! It's good to hear that your ear is doing better! Also...Mom says I need to say THANK YOU for the Christmas card...we were not in the card thing this year but you sent us one anyways...so thank you very much for thinking of us!
ReplyDeleteWow, that monster will warm up half the town, BOL!
ReplyDeleteGlad your ear is getting better Ruby.

Hey Ruby! Glad to hear no surgery for your fluffy ear. We hope you heal quickly. Sorry we didn't post earlier, She's been slacking. And we sure could use a fancy-schmancy heater like that! Polar Vortex is right. We have 3 blankies on the bed to snuggle in. And that's INSIDE bol!
ReplyDeleteWaggies,
Braeden, Seth and Riley
We'll bring the marshmallows! It's freezing here!
ReplyDeleteWaggies,
Braeden, Seth and Riley
Glad you don't need surgery. Our big brother Monty had one of those on hos ear and he did have to have it fixed. He said it didn't bother him anymore after that. That poor boy had lots of ear troubles.
ReplyDeleteWe could sure use that big fire thingy here. It's way too cold and we can't stay outside except to pee. Then we race back to the house. Mom says she needs some peace and quiet and is watching for warm weather.
I could have really used that fire tower thingie after my heater quit working! Fortunately, it's fixed now.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry you have a hematoma. Sooooo glad you won't need surgery for it though! My mom's beagle had one on his stomach and had to have it removed. You can barely see the scar now.
Hopefully the prednisone will even out for you soon and you won't be so hungry.
