Erin Go Bragh!
(or Ireland Forever for you non-Irish speakin' puppers out there! ☺)
Since Ma is half Irish, she puts this thingie on my head every
St. Patrick's Day!!!
Now,
I tried to tell her I'm English, butts she said
"Kiss My Irish A**"!!
(okays, she didn't REALLY say that...butts I saw it in her eyes!!)
then this happened....
Yuppers....do you see that????
Shamrocks on my head!!!!
(you can see I gave Ma the raspberry....I don't thinks she saw it though! BOL)
I even put my margarita in a Beer Mug!
(not quite GREEN BEER, butts I don't thinks anyone will notice...☺)
So, I will leave you with Ma's Family Favorite Irish 'Blessing'
(or curse...depending who you ask! )
May those who love us love us.
And those who don't love us,
May God turn their hearts.
And if He doesn't turn their hearts,
May he turn their ankles,
So we'll know them by their limping.
♥
Love that saying for sure ! Happy St Paddy's day

We're Portuguese and Mom's English, so we don't do much for St Patrick's Dat. She's trying to think up some way to embarrass us in Portuguese style.
ReplyDeleteOMD! You are the only one who could tell me what Erin Go Bragh actually means! So it means Ireland Forever, very nice. Shame on all my Irish friends (& my hubby who is half Irish) who don't know what it means. I will find just the right time to enlighten them all - LOL! You look adorable w/ shamrocks on your head, it's not every dog who can pull off that look ya know (-:
