OMD OMD RUBY.... YES fur SURE keep the Birds and Tortoises and ICKguanas and Playing MANtisises FAR away from that BEAUTY... Will you give her a NAME? We like SPOT. Or Freckles.
Be Vigilant... She MAY try to start KEEPING COMPANY with a Gentleman Bug.
Boo, I know you will watch her closely! How are you today my beautiful fiance' with the adorable floofy furs that hate water? I am just enjoying the day and thinking about MY lady bug with the Aire Zen! XOXOXOXOXO
Aren't ladybugs supposed to be good luck or something? In any event, you just take good care of that little bugger, and we bet Mom will give you lots of treats.
What a pretty little buggy! Mom loves to see them show up on her garden plants - they help keep some of the other buggies that would eat her plants away!
They are pretty cute,Ruby☺ We have lots of them take up residence in our house over the winter. Mom never minds having them stay because they're good "bugs"!
they say you can count the dots of a lady bug to find out the right numbers of the lottery :o) maybe you will find some more of that guys and the jackpot is yours?

Crikey ...... What a pretty bug. My Mum hates those blokes. For some reason or another they always seem to land on her and then they BITE and they really sting. There can be 87 people in our yard and one of those blokes and they always seem to find my Mum. What's with that???
We love ladybugs too! If we find one in the house, we always make sure to catch it carefully and take it back outside (unlike spiders, which make us scream and stomp). I love your pic with your ear up! (I'm having trouble getting this to post because it won't take my WP ID, so I'll try something else, but in case it doesn't identify me right, this is Daisy the Havachon!! ;) )
That's so cool, Ruby! That's actually an Asian Lady Beetle. ;)
ReplyDeleteI used to love ladybugs until one pooped orange stuff on my hand. They are cute though. Good job protecting that one!

She's a beautiful Lady beetle. Our aunties in Virginia don't like them much. They end up with millions every year.
ReplyDeleteI love ladybugs. We don't have near as many ladybugs or lightening bugs. Mom misses them both.

We love ladybugs. But don't try to eat them. They can get really stinky.
ReplyDeleteCOOL! Personally, I'd try to eat it ... I mean, if I'm to be honest and all. I have a thing for bugs.
ReplyDeleteYours sincerely,

That ladybug is almost as beautiful as you, Ruby!!!! I love ladybugs so I'm glad you're protecting her.
